ARSER carefully selects raw materials and suppliers.

Raw material is fundamental to ensure quality and traceability.

In-house heat treatment lines allow to offer customised hardnesses in addition to the standard 45H. Heat treatment is carried out in accordance with the most stringent automotive standards.

In addition to classic hardness for standard application (compression) according to EN ISO 898-5 (45H and lower classes) ARSER also manages specific classes for special applications (traction) according to EN ISO 898.1 5.6, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 according to EN ISO 898-1.
